The Barrett-Jackson Auction Company made an impressive return to Las Vegas as their 2nd Annual Collector Car Auction rolled into town from Oct. 7-10 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center. Bidders worldwide generated more than $23 million in sales (including Buyer’s Premiums) on over 400 collector cars that all sold at No Reserve. SPEED captured the action live with 19 hours of high-definition TV coverage.
A rare 1965 289 Shelby Cobra roadster (Lot #704) took the top spot, selling for $440,000 on Saturday evening.
