Laura is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Public Relations and a focus in business. Her previous experience includes work at Fleishman-Hillard, Accolades PR and at Shell in the Gas & Power department.
During her time at Fleishman-Hillard, Laura spent a great deal of time on the Boy Scouts of America account where she helped promote their 100th year anniversary through several national events. Prior to that, she worked at Accolades PR where she helped increase the visibility of leading social media expert Deltina Hay. At Shell, Laura worked on developing a more integrated communications approach in order to help raise awareness and support for the Broadwater Energy project in New York.
When Laura is not reading up on the newest social media trends, she enjoys curling up with a good book, going out for a run, and trying new food. She loves to travel and has too many shoes for her own good.
